{"id":17582,"date":"2019-01-18T16:33:01","date_gmt":"2019-01-18T16:33:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saharafootball.net\/?p=17582"},"modified":"2019-01-18T16:33:01","modified_gmt":"2019-01-18T16:33:01","slug":"kwesi-appiah-will-sacked-fails-win-2019-afcon-kofi-amoah","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saharafootball.net\/kwesi-appiah-will-sacked-fails-win-2019-afcon-kofi-amoah\/","title":{"rendered":"Kwesi Appiah will be sacked if he fails to win 2019 AFCON &#8211; Kofi Amoah"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>The Chairman of the Normalization Committee has revealed that Ghana Coach Kwesi Appiah will be sacked if he fails to guide the Black Stars to win the 2019 AFCON Competition.<\/h3>\n<p>A Clause of that nature have been included in Kwesi Appiah&#8217;s contract by the Normalization Committee; he will leave his position if the Black Stars fail to win the tournament.<\/p>\n<p>The Normalization refused to give Kwesi Appiah a long term contract, his contract was extended till the end of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt. A long term contract will be considered if the team come out victorious.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Kofi Amoah stated that the decision was made by the Normalization committee.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Per the contract, if Kwesi Appiah doesn&#8217;t win the\u00a0AFCON 2019 he is gone,&#8221; Kofi Amoah said on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Ghana have already qualified for the 2019 AFCON after Liberia were disqualified from the tournament due to government interference in sports in the country.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Chairman of the Normalization Committee has revealed that Ghana Coach Kwesi Appiah will be sacked if he fails to guide the Black Stars to win the 2019 AFCON Competition.
