They all like football and even when lose sometimes, they always support and encourage you but as to which player will be called or not, they have no interest and they will never interfere,&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He also shared his views on the importance of maintaining control over team decisions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you are a coach and you are being dictated to, you will not succeed.
